Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

Digital products differ from physical products because they may be accessed, viewed or downloaded electronically immediately after purchase. Once a digital product has been delivered, it generally cannot be returned in the way a physical item can. This policy explains how we approach cancellations and refund requests.

Cancellation

Cancellation may be possible where a request is received before the digital product has been delivered or accessed, subject to the circumstances of the order and the stage of processing at the time the request reaches us. Once delivery or access has taken place, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refund Requests

You may contact SVT DigiMart to raise a refund request. Each request is reviewed individually based on the details of the order and the circumstances described. We do not offer automatic refunds, and submitting a request does not by itself guarantee that a refund will be issued.

Situations That May Be Considered

  • Duplicate payment for the same order
  • A technical problem that prevented delivery
  • Payment completed but the product was not delivered
  • An incorrect product supplied due to an error on the seller's side

Situations Where Refunds May Not Be Available

  • The product has already been successfully delivered or accessed
  • The customer changed their mind after receiving the digital product
  • The product description was not read before purchasing
  • Unauthorised redistribution or misuse of the purchased content

These are general guidelines rather than an absolute exclusion. Applicable consumer protection rights and laws may still apply, and we will consider them when reviewing any request.

How to Request

Send your order details, payment reference and a description of the issue to svtdigmart@gmail.com. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method, and the time taken to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.
